绿色科技创新对实体经济发展影响的动态互动分析——基于1990—2017年湖北省数据分析

Dynamic Interaction Analysis of the Impact of Green Science and Technology Innovation on the Development of Real Economy——Taking Hubei Province as an example

文章基于湖北省1990-2017年的数据,运用VAR模型对绿色科技创新与实体经济发展的动态互动进行分析。结果显示,发明专利授权数量、新型专利授权数量与经济发展存在正向协整关系;发明专利授权数量对实体经济发展有长期的正向影响,新型专利授权数量对实体经济发展先有正向影响作用,后又逐渐减弱并转为负向冲击作用;发明专利授权项和新型专利授权数量对实体经济发展具有时滞性。因此,应加大绿色科技创新投入,创新绿色科技投入机制;加大对实体经济扶持力度,引导实体经济绿色发展;推动绿色创新技术运用,降低绿色创新投资风险。

Based on the data of Hubei province from 1990 to 2017, this paper USES VAR model to analyze the dynami c interaction between green technology innovation and real economy development.The results show that there is a positive co-integration relationship between the invention patent authorization, the number of new patent licenses and economic development;the invention patent authorization has a long-term positive impact on the development of the real economy, and the number of new patent grants has a positive impact on the development of the real economy.Then it gradually weakens and turns into a reverse shock effect;the number of invention patent grants and new patent grants has a time lag for the development of the real economy.Therefore, we should increase investment in green technology innovation, innovate green technology investment mechanism;increase the support of the real economy, guide the green development of the real economy;promote the use of green innovation technology, and reduce the risk of green innovation investment.
