摘要
目的探究高压氧联合鼠神经对脑损伤患儿的疗效。方法以随机的方式选取90例在该院进行脑损伤治疗的患儿作为该次调查研究的对象,病例选取时间为2017年6月—2018年12月。根据随机的方式将该次参与调查患者分成两组,对照组和实验组每组均分得患儿各45例。对照组在该次调查中采用的治疗方式为常规治疗。实验组采用的治疗方式为高压氧联合鼠神经治疗。分析对照组和实验组治疗效果、NSE水平、MBP水平、随访结果。结果①对照组有34例患儿治疗结果为有效,治疗有效率为75.56%;实验组有43例患儿治疗结果为有效,治疗有效率为95.56%,对照组治疗有效率低于实验组,经对比结果证实两组之间的差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.283,P=0.007);②干预前,对照组、实验组NSE和MBP对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.207、1.387,P>0.05);在干预后,实验组脑损伤治疗的患儿NSE水平是(26.64±8.71)μmol/L,明显低于对照组同期NSE数据(49.59±14.57)μmol/L;实验组患儿MBP水平(9.27±2.06)μg/L低于对照组MBP数据(17.59±2.54)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.069、17.066,P<0.05)。③实验组回医院复查例数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合鼠神经治疗方式可应用在脑损伤患儿治疗中,可有效的改善临床症状,提升治疗效果,改善预后,为患儿日后生存和发育提供保障,此方式值得临床应用和借鉴。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with mouse nerve on children with brain injury.Methods 90 children with brain injury treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The case selection time was from June 2017 to December 2018.The patients participating in the survey were divided into two groups according to a random method.Each of the control group and the experimental group was divided into 45 children.The treatment used by the control group in this survey was conventional treatment.The treatment method used in the experimental group was hyperbaric oxygen combined with murine nerve therapy.The therapeutic effect,NSE level,MBP level and follow-up results of the control group and the experimental group were analyzed.Results 1.In the control group,34 patients were effective,and the effective rate was 75.56%.In the experimental group,43 patients were effective,the effective rate was 95.56%,and the control group was less effective than the experimental group.The results of the comparison confirmed that the difference between the two groups was significant(χ^2=7.283,P=0.007);2.before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in NSE and MBP between the control group and the experimental group(t=0.207,1.387,P>0.05);After intervention,the NSE level of of experimental group children treated with brain injury was(26.64±8.71)μmol/L,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(49.59±14.57)μmol/L;The MBP level(9.27±2.06)μg/L of mental group was lower than the control group MBP data(17.59±2.54)μg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.069,17.066,P<0.05).3.The number of cases in the experimental group returned to the hospital was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with rat nerve therapy can be used in the treatment of children with brain injury,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve treatment effect,improve prognosis,and provide guarantee for future survival and development of children.This method is worthy of clinical application and reference.
