分析维生素AD、锌制剂联合应用于小儿腹泻病的辅助治疗效果

Analysis of the Adjuvant Treatment Effect of Vitamin AD and Zinc Preparations in Children with Diarrhea

目的探究小儿腹泻病联合采用维生素AD和锌制剂治疗的临床效果。方法通过双盲法分组标准将2014年1月—2018年9月该院接收的36例小儿腹泻病患儿分为参照组和试验组,参照组(n=18)采用维生素AD治疗,试验组(n=18)在维生素AD治疗的基础上加用锌制剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、生活质量和用药不良反应。结果治疗后,试验组总疗效(94.44%)高于参照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.434,P=0.035);试验组腹泻消失时间(2.29±0.99)d、发热消失时间(3.29±1.14)d、呕吐消失时间(1.23±0.49)d和腹痛消失时间(1.39±0.57)d均短于参照组(3.59±1.01)d、(6.34±1.20)d、(2.13±0.76)d和(2.61±0.88)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.900、7.818、4.223、4.937;P=0.000、0.000、0.000,0.000);试验组生活质量中的社会功能评分(86.35±4.72)分、生理能力评分(85.57±4.72)分、情感职能评分(86.15±4.41)分和活力评分(87.45±4.30)分均高于参照组的(75.65±4.82)分、(75.40±4.62)分、(74.06±4.89)分和(75.20±4.68)分,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.729、6.533、7.790、8.178;P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000);两组均未出现严不良反应,患儿耐受性良好。结论锌制剂结合维生素AD联用于腹泻病患儿中高效安全,能快速改善临床症状,提高生活质量,适合临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of diarrhea in children combined with vitamin AD and zinc preparations.Methods 36 children with pediatric diarrhea received from our hospital from January 2014 to September 2018 were divided into reference group and experimental group by the double-blind grouping criteria.The reference group(n=18)was treated with vitamin AD.And the control group(n=18)plus zinc preparation based on the treatment of vitamin AD.The therapeutic effects,time to disappear of clinical symptoms,quality of life,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total efficacy of the experimental group(94.44%)was higher than that of the reference group(66.67%),which was statistically significant(χ^2=4.434,P=0.035).The time of disappearance of diarrhea in the experimental group(2.29±0.99)d,the disappearance time of fever(3.29±1.14)d,vomiting disappearance time(1.23±0.49)d and abdominal pain disappearance time(1.39±0.57)d were shorter than the reference group(3.59±1.01)d,(6.34±1.20)d,(2.13±0.76)d and(2.61±0.88)d,there were significant differences(t=3.900,7.818,4.223,4.937,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000);The social function score(86.35±4.72)points,physical ability score(85.57±4.72)points,emotional function score(86.15±4.41)points and vitality score(87.45±4.30)points were higher than the reference group(75.65±4.82)points,(75.40±4.62)points,(74.06±4.89)points and(75.20±4.68)points,the data between groups were statistically significant(t=6.729,6.533,7.790,8.178;P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000);no serious side effects occurred in both groups,and the children were well tolerated.Conclusion Zinc preparation combined with vitamin AD is effective and safe in children with diarrhea,which can quickly improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
