临床路径教学法,是指在临床教学活动中引入临床路径的概念,最终以临床路径为平台进行临床教学活动的方法。住院医师是医学生完成角色转变、迅速成长的重要阶段,目前住院医师规范化培训是当今医改的重点工作之一,是促进医学发展的重大举措。因此,提高住院医师的培训质量十分重要。临床路径式教学法正是标准化的培训程序,在内分泌科临床教学中,采用临床路径教学法,不仅提高了住院医师的临床实践技能,重点是培养了住院医师全面正确的临床思维模式,有利于分析及解决临床问题,还可以规范指导教师的教学行为,增强了教学的科学性和系统性,从而全面的提高教学质量,使培训更加符合规范化培训的要求。

Clinical pathways approach,which means the method of introducing the concept of clinical pathways into clinical teaching.Finally, clinical teaching activities are carried out on the platform of clinical pathways.As we all know,resident physician is an important stage for medical students to complete role transformation and grow rapidly,resident standardization training is one of the most key work of medical reform, which is an important measure to promote the development of medical science.Consequently,it is very important to improve the training quality of residents.Clinical pathways approach is the standardized training program. Many studies show that the clinical pathways type teaching method in endocrine disease not only increase residents’ clinical ability,correct residents’ the clinical way of thinking and improve the ability to analysis and solve clinical problems by themselves,but also regulate with teachers’ teaching behaviors,enhance the teaching of science and systematic,and improve overall teaching quality.So standardized training make the training more in line with requirements.
