摘要 PBL教学法属于一种灵活高效的教学模式,根据真实教学情况调查研究可知,在整形外科皮瓣理论教学中应用PBL教学法,能够帮助学生形成正确的整形外科学诊疗思维,培养学生的问题分析能力和解决能力,提升学生的综合能力素养。学生在PBL教学法中能够独立思考问题、解决问题,从时间当中直接获取经验。在教师的指导下,学生通过PBL教学法能够自己成为有学习能力和学习效率的学习者,这是一名合格的医务工作人员必备的素质要求。PBL教学法打破了传统基础学科和临床学科之间存在的界限,把基础学科和临床学科结合在一起,强化了学生对于多种学科知识的理解和记忆能力,让学生学会融会贯通的使用多学科知识。本文主要分析了以问题为导向的PBL教学法的优点,以及在整形外科皮瓣理论教学中的应用措施。 PBL teaching method belongs to a flexible and efficient teaching mode.According to the investigation and study of the actual teaching situation,the application of PBL teaching method in plastic surgery flap theory teaching can help students to form correct orthopedic surgical diagnosis and treatment thinking.It can train students' ability of problem analysis and solving,and improve students' comprehensive ability.Students can think independently,solve problems and gain experience directly from time in the PBL teaching method.Under the guidance of teachers,students can become learners with learning ability and learning efficiency through PBL teaching method,which is necessary for a qualified medical staff. PBL teaching method has broken the boundary between the traditional basic discipline and the clinical subject,combined the basic subject and the clinical subject together,strengthened the student's understanding and memory ability to the multi-disciplinary knowledge,Let students learn to use multidisciplinary knowledge.This paper mainly analyzes the advantages of the problem-oriented PBL teaching method and its application in the plastic surgery flap theory teaching.
