摘要
目的探讨麻醉专业教学中应用病例分析教学法的效果。方法选取本医学院2014级麻醉专业90名学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分成观察组(45例)与对照组(45例),对照组采取常规教学模式,观察组采取病例分析教学法。在一个学期教学完成后,对两组学生考核成绩及教学效果反馈情况进行分析。结果一个学期的教学结束后,结果显示观察组学生理论考核成绩与实践操作考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对麻醉教学反馈效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉教学过程,采取病例分析教学法,可取得显著教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of applying case analysis teaching method in the teaching of anesthesia.Methods A total of 90 students in the 2014 anesthesia major of the medical school were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the regular teaching mode,and the observation group adopted case analysis teaching method.After the completion of the teaching in one semester,the evaluation results of the two groups of students and the feedback of teaching effects were analyzed. Results After the completion of the teaching of one semester,the results showed that the results of the theoretical assessment and the practice assessment of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).The feedback effect of the observation group on the anesthesia teaching was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the anesthesia teaching process,the case analysis teaching method can achieve significant teaching results.
