Application Research of FCMC+LDR in Midwifery Practice Teaching

目的探讨FCMC+LDR产房护理模式在助产实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年2月204名助产专业准实习生为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,分别采用FCMC+LDR产房护理模式和传统的实习前培训模式进行培训。通过考试成绩和问卷调查对教学模式进行效果评价。结果在考试成绩方面,观察组在培训后理论考试、实践技能及总成绩方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在问卷调查评分方面,观察组在带教方法、带教效果、总分方面均明显高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论FCMC+LDR产房护理模式培训更有利于强化助产专业学生理论和技能、提高其临床综合能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of FCMC+LDR mode in the practice of midwifery practice.Methods 204 prospective interns were selected as observation group and control group.The FCMC+LDR mode and the traditional pre-internship training mode were used for training.Evaluate the teaching model through test scores and questionnaires.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of theoretical examination,practical skills and total scores after training (P < 0.05).Moreover,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of teaching methods,teaching effects, and total scores (P < 0.05).Conclusion The training model of FCMC+LDR is more conducive to strengthening the theory and skills of midwifery students and improving their clinical comprehensive ability.
