基于教学门诊探究提升中医学生职业胜任力

Based on the Teaching Clinic to explore the Professional Competence of the students traditional Chinese medicine

目的通过教学门诊的形式,初步了解岳阳临床医学院刚进入临床实习的中医专业学生的职业胜任力情况。方法选取30名2018年7月进入临床实习的中医专业学生,通过参与教学门诊,对其进行职业胜任力评估。结果根据小样本结果分析,中医专业学生的职业胜任力中,各一级指标之间的分数具有明显差异(P<0.05),其中核心胜任力是大多数学生的薄弱点,需要教师在教学指导过程中着重培养;二级指标中,学生在分析推理、沟通交往、灵活应变等方面有所欠缺,需要加强培训。结论通过教学门诊的形式对中医专业学生进行职业胜任力评分,找到目前学生存在的不足之处,明确今后教学的侧重点,对今后的教学方式转变具有很好的指导意义。

Objective To understand the professional competence of the students of Traditional Chinese medicine who have just entered clinical practice in yueyang clinical medical college preliminary through the form of teaching clinic.Methods 30 students who had just entered the clinical practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine major in July 2018 were selected and evaluated for their professional competence through participating in the teaching clinic.Results According to the analysis on the small sample results of TCM students in professional competence,there were significant differences among the first grade indexes (P < 0.05),most of students were weak in the core competence,where was needed to be strengthened for the teachers in the teaching guiding.Among the secondary indicators,students lacked in analysis and reasoning,communication and flexible response, and needed to strengthen training.Conclusion It has important guiding significance to find out the weaknesses of TCM students,clear focus on the cultivation and to change the teaching mode in the future by grading the vocational competence of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine through the form of teaching clinic.
