妇产科“三阶段一体化”教学模式探索 被引量:5

摘要 我国医学生的培养过程分为院校教育、毕业后教育、继续教育三个阶段,该模式的特点在于分阶段教授学生。在长期的医学教育实践中,我们发现目前的妇产科人才培养方式存在着一些弊端。新时代国家医疗卫生的发展和走向要求医学生必须具备终身学习的观念和自主学习的能力,而要达到这一目标,教学模式改革是关键。以“三阶段一体化”的教学内容等方面的整合为基础,将信息化全面应用到妇产科学的院校教育、毕业后教育和继续教育中,形成一套系统的、科学的、客观的“信息化+妇产科学”的新型一体化培养模式。可为实现妇产科学人才培养理念和培养体系由分阶段式培养向“三阶段一体化”转变,为我国深化医学人才培养,系统提高妇产科学人才临床综合能力提供参考。 The training process of medical students in China can be divided into three stages:college education,post-graduation education and continuing education.In the long-term practice of medical education,we find that the current training methods of talents in gynecology and obstetrics have some disadvantages.Medical students must have the concept of lifelong learning and the ability of independent learning in the development and trend of national health care in the new era,and the reform of teaching mode is the key to achieve this goal.On the base of integrating three-stage, informatization is comprehensively applied to the college education,postgraduation education and continuing education of gynecology and obstetrics to form a systematic,scientific and objective new integrated training mode of "informatization + obstetrics and gynecology".It can provide reference for deepening medical personnel training in China and systematically improving the comprehensive clinical ability of obstetrics and gynecology talents.
