双一流背景下地方高校研究生课程优化探析

Research on Postgraduate Course Optimization in Local Universities Under the Background of Double-first-class Strategy

为了落实国家双一流的战略布局,提高地方高校研究生教学质量,本文从双一流建设对研究生教育的意义入手,分析了地方高校研究生课程设置普遍存在的问题,提出了研究生课程改革要参照国内外一流名校,强化创新课程制度建设;以创新教育为目标,优化课程体系结构;追求课程质量评价创新,完善课程评价机制等措施。最后以山东第一医科大学的研究生教育为例,从制度建设、课程体系、教学方法、课程管理等方面描述了研究生课程改革的部分措施,并展示了该校研究生课程改革的部分成果,为国内地方高校研究生教育落实国家双一流布局抛砖引玉,提供参考。

In order to implement the national double-first-class strategic layout and improve the quality of postgraduate teaching in local colleges and universities,this paper starts with the significance of double-first-class construction to postgraduate education,analyses the common problems existing in postgraduate curriculum design in local colleges and universities, and puts forward that the postgraduate curriculum reform should refer to the first-class universities at home and abroad,strengthen the construction of innovative curriculum system,and optimize curriculum with the goal of innovative education.To pursue the innovation of curriculum quality evaluation and improve the mechanism of curriculum evaluation.Finally, taking the postgraduate education of Shandong First Medical University as an example,this paper describes some measures of the postgraduate curriculum reform from the aspects of system construction,curriculum system,teaching methods and curriculum management,and shows some achievements of the postgraduate curriculum reform in Shandong First Medical University,which provides a reference for the implementation of the national two-class layout of postgraduate education in local universities.
