海南省卫生校示范校建设项目学生就业创业孵化基地建设过程中,使人才孵化基地的“孵化功能”进一步加强,更好服务于教学,将医院、企业家的专家智慧以多种形式引入教学过程,借助校企双向兼职和畅通教师到医院、企业实践途径,打造“双师型”教师队伍,通过实情实景、实练实训,延伸了学生的专业理论知识学习与实践操作内容,培养学生全心全意为人民服务意识和奉献社会的高尚情操。培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才,出尽就业的办学方向,深化体制机制改革,创新各层次各类型职业教育模式,坚持产教融合,校企合作,坚持工学结合,知行合一,努力让每个人都有人生出彩的机会。

Hainan provincial health school demonstration consruction project,student employment and entreprenurship incubation base,during the construction process,the“incubation fuction”of talent incubation base was further strengthened.In order to make it better serve the teaching, the wisdom of experts in hospitals and entreprenurs is introduced into the teaching process in various forms.By means of two-way part-time jobs in schools and enterprises and teachers’ practice in hospitals and enterprises, the “double-qualified”teachers team will be created.Through the actual situation,practice and training,extend the students’ professional theoretical knowledge learning and pactical operation content,train students to serve the people with heart and soul and contribute to the noble sentiment of society.We aim to cultivate high-quality laborers and technical skills talents,promote the direction of employment,deepen the reform of institutional mechainsms,innovate all types of vocational education models at all levels.Insisting the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation;Adhering to the combination of work and study,the unity of inner knowledge and action.All of us work together to make each individuals have the opportunity to shine their own life.
