本科生眼科见习带教的体会及改良措施

Experience and Solutions of Clinical Novitiate Teaching in Ophthalmology

通过对西安交通大学第二附属医院临床医学系、口腔医学系2012级~2014级五年制眼科临床见习课的教学探索及回顾总结,分析了目前眼科学见习教学的客观现状及存在的一系列问题。包括如:大纲课时安排少、学生的诉求与患者配合度之间的不对等、见习课开课时间的特殊性、眼科操作的难掌握性等问题,并针对这些问题进行了相应改良,并将改良措施进行回顾总结,主要为以下几个方面:精心课堂设计,集体备课;整合多种教学方法,丰富见习形式;想方设法提高学生学习兴趣;逐个考核、课后通畅沟通、反馈等。通过以上改良措施,有效提高了眼科见习教学质量。

Through the teaching exploration and summary of the Department of Clinical Medicine of Xi'an Jiaotong University,Department of Stomatology,2012~2014 5-year ophthalmology clinical internship course,the current situation and existing problems of ophthalmology probation teaching are analyzed.Such as the lack of class hours,the inequalities between the students' demands and the patient's cooperation, the particularity of the class start time,the difficulty of mastering the ophthalmology,etc.,and proposed improvement measures for these problems,applied to the 2015 Department of Clinical Medicine.The fiveyear ophthalmology trainee of the department of stomatology summarizes the following aspects:careful classroom design,collective preparation of lessons;integration of a variety of teaching methods,enrich the form of training;find ways to improve students' interest in learning;one by one assessment,after-school communication,feedback,etc.effectively improve the quality of ophthalmic probation teaching.
