摘要 目的比较多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和核磁共振(MR)诊断膝关节叉韧带损伤的诊断价值。方法选取2017年3月—2018年11月本院收治的膝关节交叉韧带损伤的120例患者,以关节镜为金标准,均给予患者MR诊断MSCT诊断,比较两者诊断效果。结果多层螺旋CT诊断患侧膝关节CT值比健侧CT值低,且多层螺旋CT诊断患侧胫骨平台与前交叉、交叉韧带角度比健侧低,数据比较差异显著,满足P<0.05;120例患者,膝关节前后交叉韧带损伤129处,核磁共振诊断率98.45%,多层螺旋CT诊断率96.89%,差异无统计学意义P>0.05。结论在膝关节交叉韧带损伤诊断过程中应用多层螺旋CT诊断与核磁共振CT诊断,诊断效果均比较显著。 Objective To compare the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and magnetic resonance (MR) in the diagnosis of knee cruciate ligament injury.Methods 120 patients with cruciate ligament injury of knee joint admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were selected.All patients were diagnosed by MSCT with arthroscopy as the gold standard,and the diagnostic effects were compared.Results The CT value of the affected knee joint was lower than that of the uninjured knee joint,and the angle of the tibial plateau and anterior cruciate ligament was lower than that of the uninjured knee joint by multi-slice spiral CT, the difference was significant (P < 0.05).In 120 patients,129 anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injuries were found in the knee joint,the diagnostic rate of NMR was 98.45%,the diagnostic rate of multi-slice spiral CT was 96.89%,the difference was no significant,P > 0.05.Conclusion In the diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury of knee joint,multi-slice spiral CT and nuclear magnetic resonance CT are both effective.
