他克莫司软膏应用于湿疹治疗中的效果评价

Evaluation of Tacrolimus Cream in the Treatment of Eczema

目的探讨湿疹患者行他克莫司软膏治疗的效果。方法选入本院于2017年1月—2019年1月收治的100例湿疹患者,采用计算机表法方式,将其平均分为研究组50例与对照组50例。对照组行丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,研究组行他克莫司软膏治疗,对比两组治疗后的总有效率、治疗前后的外周血细胞因子水平变化情况。结果(1)研究组总有效率92%高于对照组76%,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗后两组Th1细胞因子,研究组高于对照组,组间对比差异性显著(P<0.05);(3)治疗后两组IL-4、IL-5水平较比治疗前下降,IL-6水平提升(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏治疗湿疹的疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tachmoth ointment on patients with eczema.Methods 100 eczema patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into 50 study groups and 50 control groups.The control group treated with hydrocortisone butyrate and the team treated with tackmoth ointment to compare the total efficiency and changes in the level of peripheral blood cytokines after treatment.Results (1) 92 % of the total efficiency of the study group was higher than 76% of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05);(2) After treatment,two groups of Th1 cytokines,the research group was higher than the control group,and the contrast between groups was significant (P < 0.05);(3) After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 were lower than before treatment,and the IL-6 level was increased (P < 0.05).Conclusion The value of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of eczema is significant.
