阿司匹林和肝素与地屈孕酮片治疗流产的效果

Effect of Aspirin, Heparin and Didrogesterone Tablets in the Treatment of Abortion

目的分析复发性流产运用小剂量肝素与地屈孕酮片和阿司匹林实施联合治疗的效果。方法随机从2013年1月—2016年6月选择复发性流产患者120例进行研究,将患者任意分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例,研究组患者采用小剂量肝素与地屈孕酮片和阿司匹林实施联合治疗,而对照组则采用肌注人绒毛膜促性腺激素以及黄体酮进行治疗,比较两组患者的效果。结果研究组患者的妊娠结局显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的总活产率是98.33%,对照组是88.33%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者发生妊娠期糖尿病5例(8.33%),高血压6例(10.00%),胎儿生长受限8例(13.33%);研究组患者发生妊娠期糖尿病1例(1.67%),高血压2例(3.33%),胎儿生长受限2例(3.33%),研究组发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复发性流产运用小剂量肝素与地屈孕酮片和阿司匹林实施联合治疗取得的效果十分显著,很好地降低流产率,同时也改善患者的妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of low-dose heparin combined with desdrogesterone tablets and aspirin in the treatment of recurrent abortion.Methods 120 patients with recurrent abortion were randomly selected from January 2013 to June 2016.The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with low-dose heparin and didrogesterone tablets and aspirin,while the control group was treated with intramuscular injection of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone.The two groups were compared.Effect.Results The pregnancy outcome of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05);the total live rate of the study group was 98.33%,and that of the control group was 88.33%,which was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05),and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).There were 5 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus (8.33%),6 cases of hypertension (10.00%) and 8 cases of fetal growth restriction (13.33%) in the control group.There were 1 case of gestational diabetes mellitus (1.67%),2 cases of hypertension (3.33%) and 2 cases of fetal growth restriction (3.33%) in the study group.The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05),with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Low dose heparin combined with desdrogesterone tablets and aspirin is effective in the treatment of recurrent abortion,which can reduce the abortion rate and improve the pregnancy outcomes of the patients.
