青年IgA肾病患者合并高尿酸血症临床研究

Clinical Study of Hyperuricemia in Young IgA Nephropathy Patients

目的探讨青年IgA肾病患者合并高尿酸血症临床研究。方法选取广西医科大学附属武鸣医院肾内科74例青年IgA肾病患者合并高尿酸血症患者。随机分组对照组采取泼尼松起始剂量为0.8mg/(kg·d)治疗且每天一次顿服。观察组则在对照组上述治疗同时给予碳酸氢钠以及非布司他片治疗。碳酸氢钠每次0.5g,每天三次。非布司他片每次20mg,每天一次。两组均治疗1个月。结果观察组患者接受治疗之后获得的临床治疗效果显著比对照组患者接受治疗之后获得的临床治疗效果高,P<0.05。治疗前对照组、观察组尿蛋白定量、肾功能指标以及血脂情况、血尿酸监测水平相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组尿蛋白定量、肾功能指标以及血脂情况、血尿酸监测水平降低水平更大,P<0.05。结论泼尼松+碳酸氢钠以及非布司他片治疗青年IgA肾病患者合并高尿酸血症效果好,可有效改善患者的尿蛋白定量、肾功能指标以及血脂情况、血尿酸监测水平,并提高整体的治疗效果,临床可行性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of hyperuricemia in young patients with IgA nephropathy.Methods 74 patients with IgA nephropathy in the Department of Nephrology,Wuming Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University,were enrolled.The randomized control group received a prednisone dose of 0.8 mg/(kg·d) and was administered once a day.The observation group was treated with sodium bicarbonate and febuxostat tablets simultaneously in the above treatment of the control group.Sodium bicarbonate 0.5 g each time,three times a day.The febuxostat tablets were 20 mg each time,once a day.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group patients after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group patients after treatment,P < 0.05.Before treatment,the urine protein,renal function,blood lipids and blood uric acid levels were similar in the control group and the observation group,P > 0.05.After treatment, the urine protein,renal function and blood lipids,and blood uric acid monitoring level were lower.Large,P < 0.05.Conclusion Prednisone + sodium bicarbonate and febuxostat in the treatment of young patients with IgA nephropathy combined with hyperuricemia,can effectively improve the urine protein quantitation,renal function indicators and blood lipids,blood uric acid monitoring levels,and Improve the overall therapeutic effect and have high clinical feasibility.
