品管圈活动在产后出血护理中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle Activities in Postpartum Hemorrhage Nursing

目的分析品管圈活动在产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法筛选2017年1月—2017年12月在本院分娩的75例产妇做为对照组;筛选2018年1月—2018年12月在本院分娩的75例产妇做为观察组。对照组予以常规护理,观察组开展品管圈活动,实施更有针对性的护理,对比两组产后出血发生情况和对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组与对照组互比产后出血发生率更低;观察组产妇对护理服务的满意度高于对照组,组间数据存在统计相差异,P<0.05。结论品管圈活动的开展能够降低产后出血发生率,提高产科护理工作质量,使产妇对医护服务更加的满意,对提高护理人员的工作积极性有重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activities in postpartum hemorrhage nursing.Methods 75 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group.A total of 75 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group carried out quality control circle activities and implemented more targeted nursing.The occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage and the satisfaction of nursing services in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was lower in the observation group than in the control group.Maternal satisfaction with nursing services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups,P < 0.05.Conclusion The quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the quality of obstetric nursing work,make maternal more satisfied with medical services,and improve the enthusiasm of nursing staff has important significance.
