Complications and Nursing Care of Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease After Interventional Therapy

目的探讨老年冠心病患者行介入治疗后的常见并发症,并总结具体的护理措施。方法将本院2016年12月到2018年11月期间收治的104例老年冠心病患者作为本次研究对象,所有患者均行介入手术治疗,分析患者手术后出现的并发症与相关护理措施。对患者采取手术前教育,并针对性行心律失常护理,消化道出血护理,穿刺部位出血或是皮下血肿护理措施,血管迷走神经反射护理措施,尿潴留护理,以及饮食指导。结果104例冠心病患者均顺利完成介入手术,其中有9例患者发生并发症,2例尿潴留,1例血管迷走神经反射,1例严重心律失常,3例穿刺部位出血,9例患者在经过针对性治疗后均痊愈,并康复出院。护理质量结果是护理工作人员沟通能力评分是(97.50±5.87)分,操作技术熟练度评分是(92.36±3.58)分,护理责任心评分是(91.12±4.60)分,主动服务评分是(98.63±4.51)分,应急能力评分是(92.54±3.12)分,护理书写规范评分是(93.58±3.25)分。结论介入手术治疗冠心病后,患者会出现常见并发症状,严重影响了患者的健康,增加了患者的痛苦,对老年冠心病患者行介入治疗后采取针对性护理措施的效果明显,能够有效预防和降低并发症的危害,一定程度提高了整体护理质量,保证了患者各生命指标的正常。

Objective To explore the common complications of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy,and to summarize the specific nursing measures.Methods 104 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to November 2018 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent interventional surgery to analyze the complications and related nursing measures after operation.Preoperative education is given to patients, and targeted arrhythmia care,gastrointestinal bleeding care,puncture site bleeding or subcutaneous hematoma care measures,vasovagal reflexology care measures,urinary retention care,and dietary guidance. Result 104 patients with coronary heart disease successfully completed the interventional procedure,including 9 patients with complications,2 patients with urinary retention,2 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, 1 patient with vasovagal reflex,1 patient with severe arrhythmia,and 3 patients with puncture site bleeding,9 The patients recovered after targeted treatment and were discharged from hospital.Nursing quality:the score of communication ability of nursing staff was (97.50± 5.87),the score of operation skill was (92.36± 3.58),the score of nursing responsibility was (91.12± 4.60),the score of active service was (98.63± 4.51),the score of emergency response ability was (92.54± 3.12),and the score of writing standard of nursing was (93.58± 3.25).Conclusion After interventional surgery for coronary heart disease,patients will have common complications,which seriously affect the patient's health and increase the patient's pain.The effect of targeted nursing measures after interventional treatment for elderly patients with coronary heart disease is obvious,which can effectively prevent and reduce The harm of complications has improved the quality of overall care to a certain extent,and ensured the normality of life indicators of patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
