摘要
目的探讨留守中学生心理健康对生活满意度的影响及心理弹性的中介作用。方法分析留守中学生心理健康、心理弹性和生活满意度的相关性及心理弹性在心理健康和生活满意度的中介作用。结果心理健康与心理弹性、生活满意度呈显著负相关(P<0.01);心理弹性和生活满意度呈显著正相关(P<0.01);心理弹性在心理健康和生活满意度中起中介作用。结论心理弹性在心理健康和留守中学生生活满意度之间起部分中介作用,提升心理弹性可以提高留守中学生的生活满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of mental health on life satisfaction and the mediating role of psychological resilience in left-behind middle school students. Methods The correlation between mental health, psychological resilience and life satisfaction of left-behind middle school students and the mediating role of psychological resilience in mental health and life satisfaction were analyzed. Results Mental health was negatively correlated with psychological resilience and life satisfaction(P<0.01);psychological resilience was positively correlated with life satisfaction(P<0.01);psychological resilience played a partial mediating role between mental health and life satisfaction. Conclusion Mental health can significantly predict the life satisfaction of left-behind children, and psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between mental health and life satisfaction of left-behind middle school students. Life satisfaction of left-behind middle school students can be improved by improving the psychological resilience.
