2%美开朗滴眼液辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视的临床效果

Clinical effect of 2% mikelan eye drops assisted by excimer laser in situ keratomileusis in the treatment of high myopia

目的探讨2%美开朗滴眼液辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗高度近视的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的90例高度近视患者的临床资料,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。两组患者的治疗方法均为LASIK,对照组术后给予常规用药,观察组在对照组基础上加用2%美开朗滴眼液。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果术后1周及术后6个月,两组患者的裸眼视力均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周、术后1个月及术后3个月,两组患者眼压均显著低于术前(P<0.05);术后1个月,观察组眼压显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2%美开朗滴眼液辅助LASIK治疗高度近视,对患者术后视力恢复有显著效果,且可有效控制术后高眼压并发症发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 2% mikelan eye drops assisted by excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in the treatment of high myopia. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with high myopia admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were treated with LASIK. The control group was given routine medicine after operation, while the observation group was given 2% mikelan eye drops on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results One week and six months after operation, the naked vision of the two groups were higher than those before operation, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). One week, one month and three months after operation, the intraocular pressure in both groups were significantly lower than those before operation (P<0.05);one month after operation, the intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion 2% mikelan eye drops assisted by LASIK in the treatment of high myopia has a significant effect on the recovery of vision after surgery, which can effectively control the occurrence of complications of high intraocular pressure after operation.
