椎体单侧骨水泥注入PVP术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究椎体单侧骨水泥注入经皮椎体成形术(PVP)术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的效果。方法选取我院收治的31例OVCF患者,均给予椎体单侧骨水泥注入PVP术。分析患者恢复情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果患者术后即刻及术后1、3、6个月的VAS评分与ODI评分均较术前明显降低(P<0.05)。患者术后Cobb角明显小于术前(P<0.05)。患者并发症总发生率为12.90%(4/31)。结论椎体单侧骨水泥注入PVP术治疗OVCF的效果显著,具有良好的临床应用前景。 Objective To study the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) with unilateral bone cement injection in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF). Methods Thirty-one patients with OVCF admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects. All patients were treated with PVP with unilateral bone cement injection. The recovery and postoperative complications were analyed. Results The scores of VAS and ODI at immediate time and 1, 3 and 6 months after operation were significantly lower than those before operation (P<0.05). The Cobb angle after operation was significantly smaller than that before operation (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications was 12.90%(4/31). Conclusion PVP with unilateral bone cement injection is effective in the treatment of OVCF with outstanding advantages and good clinical application prospects.
