复方异丙托溴氨联合不同剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果

Clinical effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with different doses of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children

目的探讨复方异丙托溴铵联合不同剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月我科室收治的52例CVA患儿为研究对象,按照用药剂量的不同将其分为对照组(26例,复方异丙托溴铵联合大剂量布地奈德治疗)与观察组(26例,复方异丙托溴铵联合小剂量布地奈德治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患儿的肺功能各项指标(FEV1、FVC、PEF及FEV1/FVC)、Ig E、EOS及IL-6水平均显著改善(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的生理、心理、社会评分及总分均明显升高,且观察组总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方异丙托溴铵联合小剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童CVA的效果与大剂量布地奈德相近,但小剂量布地奈德不良反应少,更能显著改善患儿的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with different doses of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA) in children. Methods Fifty-two children with CVA admitted in our department from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group (26 cases, compound ipratropium bromide combined with high-dose budesonide) and observation group (26 cases, compound ipratropium bromide combined with low-dose budesonide) according to the different of dosage. The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of lung function indexes (FEV1, FVC, PEF and FEV1/FVC), lgE, EOS and IL-6 in the two groups improved significantly (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiology, psychology and society and total score in the two groups increased significantly, and the total score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with low-dose budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of CVA in children is similar to that of high-dose budesonide, but low-dose budesonide has fewer adverse reactions, which can significantly improve the quality of children's life.
