多元化护理模式对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of diversified nursing mode on pulmonary function and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive disease in stable stage

目的研究多元化护理模式对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的102例老年COPD稳定期患者根据护理方式的不同分为观察组(n=51,多元化护理模式+常规护理)和对照组(n=51,常规护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组FEV1/FVC、FEV1%、MVV均升高,6MWD均延长,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组呼吸症状、活动受限、疾病影响评分、SGRQ总评分、呼吸困难症状评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在饮食与睡眠、服务、康复训练、健康教育方面的满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予老年COPD稳定期患者多元化护理模式,可明显改善患者的肺功能、呼吸困难症状,提高其生活质量与护理满意率。

Objective To study the effect of diversified nursing mode on pulmonary function and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in stable stage. Methods One hundred and two elderly patients with COPD in stable stage enrolled in our hospital were divided into observation group (n=51, diversified nursing mode+ routine nursing) and control group (n=51, routine nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, FEV1/FVC, FEV1% and MVV in both groups increased, 6MWD prolonged, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of respiratory symptoms, activity limitation and disease impact, total SGRQ score and the score of dyspnea symptoms of the two groups reduced significantly, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rates of diet and sleep, service, rehabilitation training and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Diversified nursing mode for elderly patients with COPD in stable stage can significantly improve their pulmonary function and dyspnea symptoms, and enhance their quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate.
