优质护理干预在宫颈柱状上皮异位患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with cervical ectopic columnar epithelium

目的研究优质护理干预在宫颈柱状上皮异位患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2018年10月我院妇科收治的120例宫颈柱状上皮异位患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施优质护理干预。比较两组的治疗依从性、宫颈糜烂创面愈合时间和住院时间,护理前、后的疼痛、舒适度、不良情绪、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果观察组的治疗总依从率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的81.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的宫颈糜烂创面愈合时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的疼痛、SAS、SDS评分均降低,舒适度、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.33%,显著高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于宫颈柱状上皮异位患者中,可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,促进宫颈糜烂创面愈合,环节患者的疼痛感和不良情绪,改善生活质量,进而提高患者对护理服务的满意率,值得推广。

Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with cervical ectopic columnar epithelium. Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical ectopic columnar epithelium admitted in gynecology department of our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, healing time of cervical erosion wound and hospitalization time, the scores of pain, comfort, bad mood, quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment compliance rate was 95.00% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 81.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The healing time of cervical erosion wound and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of pain, SAS and SDS of the two groups decreased, while the scores of comfort, physical function, psychological function, social function and material life increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in patients with cervical ectopic columnar epithelium can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients, promote the healing of cervical erosion wound, and it can alleviate the pain and bad mood of patients, improve the quality of life, and the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing services, which is worthy of promotion.
