安全预防接种护理干预在儿童预防接种中的应用价值

Application value of safe vaccination nursing intervention in children’s vaccination

目的探究安全预防接种护理干预在儿童预防接种中的应用价值。方法将2016年6月至2017年6月未实施安全预防接种护理前在本疾病预防控制中心接种的98例儿童设为参照组,将2017年7月至2018年6月实施安全预防接种护理后在本疾病预防控制中心接种的98例儿童设为研讨组。参照组给予常规护理干预,研讨组则在常规护理干预的基础上给予安全预防接种护理干预。比较两组儿童的接种不良反应发生情况、接种依从性及两组家属的护理满意度。结果研讨组的不良反应总发生率为3.06%,参照组的不良反应总发生率为13.27%,研讨组的不良反应总发生率显著低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研讨组的接种依从率为90.82%,参照组的接种依从率为65.31%,研讨组的接种依从率显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研讨组的基础护理、安全管理、病区管理及工作态度评分均显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全预防接种护理干预在儿童预防接种中的应用价值较高,可有效减少接种不良反应,提高儿童依从性和家属满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of safe vaccination nursing intervention in children’s vaccination.Methods Ninety-eight children vaccinated in the center for disease control and prevention from June 2016 to June 2017 before the implementation of safe vaccination nursing were setted as reference group, and 98 children vaccinated in the disease prevention and control center after the implementation of safe vaccination nursing from July 2017 to June 2018 were setted as seminar group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, while the seminar group was given safety vaccination nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse reactions to vaccination, vaccination compliance of children and nursing satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the seminar group was 3.06%, and that in the reference group was 13.27%, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the seminar group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The vaccination compliance rate in the seminar group was 90.82%,and that in the reference group was 65.31%, the vaccination compliance rate in the seminar group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of basic nursing, safety management, ward management and work attitude in the seminar group were significantly higher than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The safe vaccination nursing intervention application in children’s vaccination has high value, it can effectively reduce adverse reactions of vaccination, improve children’s compliance and family satisfaction, and which is worthy of popularization and application.
