我国医学人才培养研究的热点与前沿——基于Citespace的可视化分析

Hotspots and frontiers of medical talents training research in China: visual analysis based on Catespace

目的分析我国医学人才培养研究的热点与前沿。方法本研究采用CiteSpace软件对中国知网数据库2000年1月1日至2018年7月1日有关医学人才培养研究的1 217篇文献进行可视化分析。结果我国医学人才培养研究在过去十多年间呈现出“人才培养”、“医学人才”、“素质教育”、“创新”、“临床医学”、“人才培养模式”、“住院医师规范化培训”等研究热点;研究前沿表现为与时代背景及我国高等医学教育政策、方针相贴合的“卓越医生”、“医教协同”、“岗位胜任力”等前沿话题。结论本研究揭示了我国医学高等教育的培养热点和研究趋势。

Objective To analyze the hotspots and frontiers of medical talents training research in China. Methods In this study, CiteSpace software was used to visualize 1 217 literatures on medical talents training in China HowNet database from January 1, 2000 to July 1, 2018. Results Over the past decade, the research on medical talents training in China has shown some research hotspots, such as "personnel training""medical personnel""quality education""innovation""clinical medicine""personnel training mode" and "standardized resident training". The research frontier is reflected in the background of the times and higher medical education in China. Frontier topics such as "excellent doctor""medical and educational synergy" and "post competence" are closely related to educational policies and policies. Conclusion This study reveals the hotspots and research trends of medical higher education in China.
