Order Dimension of Policy for China’s Economic Development

改革开放40多年来,中国经济获得了持续的发展。中国经济持续发展的节奏利益于改革开放成功的政策措施,政策成功背后的市场秩序演化。中国经济发展到中等收入水平,正好完成了一个发展中国家经济腾飞的一个周期。这有赖于市场化政策的成功,而秩序维度的演化是政策成功的关键。中国要成为发达国家,还有很长的路要走,需要进一步秩序维度的政策和秩序的演化,需要适当的市场秩序维度的成长。

China's economy has achieved sustained development in the past 40 years since the policy of reform and opening up was adopted. This paper briefly describes the rhythm of China's economic development in the past 40 years, the successful policy measures of reform and opening up, and the evolution of market order behind the policy success. This paper holds that China's economic development to the middle income level has just completed a cycle of economic boom of a developing country. This depends on the success of market-oriented policies, and the evolution of order dimension is the key to the success of policies. China still has a long way to go to become a developed country. It is necessary to further the evolution of policy and order in terms of order dimension, especially the development of political order.
