微晶玻璃技术全球专利情报分析 被引量:3

摘要 微晶玻璃因优异的热稳定性、化学稳定性、力学性能等多种特质,具有广阔的应用前景。本文基于IncoPat、DI专利数据库对全球微晶玻璃专利的申请趋势、地域分布、技术布局和创新主体进行深入分析。结果表明,目前全球微晶玻璃产业处于高速发展期,德国、美国、日本是该领域技术创新强国,中国是最大目标市场国和技术活跃者;技术热点主要集中在牙科材料、矿渣/尾矿制备微晶玻璃等方面;技术创新主体TOP10均为国外企业,国内创新主体以高校为主导,其核心技术创新竞争力有待提高。 Due to the excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, mechanical properties and other characteristics, glass-ceramics have comprehensive application prospects. Therefore, the patent application trend, geographical distribution, technical layout and innovation subjects of the global patent information of glass-ceramics have been analyzed deeply based on IncoPat, Derwent Innovation patent databases. Results show that the global glass-ceramics industry has entered a rapidly-developed period. Germany, the United States and Japan are the predominant technological innovation powers in this field, while China becomes the largest target market and active technological developer. The focuses of technology are on dental materials and the preparations of glass-ceramics from slag and mineral tailings. Around the globe, the top ten technological innovation subjects are all foreign enterprises. In China, the innovation subjects are dominated by universities, and the core technological innovation competitiveness necessitate further developments.
