氧化锌富集物中碳、硫含量的快速测定 被引量:3

摘要 采用Multi EA4000型元素分析仪测定氧化锌富集物中总碳、总硫的含量,讨论了进样量、进样速度、助燃气体流量、燃烧温度等实验条件对测定结果的影响,同时测定了方法的准确性和精密度。实验结果表明:碳、硫的检出限分别为0.015 mg和0.014 mg,精密度RSD(11)≤3.9%,实际样品测定结果与其他方法吻合,可碳、硫同步测定,满足进口氧化锌原料的快速检验。 The determination of total carbon and total sulfur in ZnO concentrate by element analyzer was established. The effects of sample feed volume, feed speed, flocculating gas flow and cracking temperature on the test results were discussed, and the accuracy and precision of the method were also determined. The experimental results showed that the detection limits of carbon and sulfur were 0.015 mg and 0.014 mg, respectively, and the precision RSD(11) was ≤ 3.9 %. The actual sample determination results are in agreement with other methods. The simultaneous determination of carbon and sulfur can meet the needs of the rapid inspection of imported zinc oxide raw materials.
