当归多糖对D-半乳糖致小鼠肾脏亚急性损伤的保护作用及机制 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究当归多糖对D-半乳糖致小鼠肾脏亚急性损伤的保护作用及机制。方法选取2018年10月至2019年2月采购雄性小鼠60只,随机分为3组。模型组小鼠皮下注射120mgD-半乳糖;当归多糖组小鼠腹腔注射当归多糖;对照组注射0.9%氯化钠溶液。注射完毕后,测验3组小鼠的各个指标。结果当归多糖组的肾功能指标(尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、胱抑素C)水平比模型组更小;对照组肾脏结构完整,模型组与当归多糖组均发生一定病变,肾球结构发生改变(P<0.05);模型组与当归多糖组的小鼠组织氧化与抗氧化损伤能力也发生了相应病变(P<0.05)。结论D-半乳糖致小鼠肾脏亚急性损伤能够被当归多糖拮抗。 Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of angelica sinensis polysaccharide on d-galactose induced renal subacute injury in mice. Methods 60 male mice were randomly divided into 3 groups from October 2018 to February 2019. Mice in the model group were subcutaneously injected with 120 mg D-galactose. Mice in angelica polysaccharide group were intraperitoneally injected with angelica polysaccharide. The control group was injected with 0.9% sodium chloride solution. After the injection, the indexes of the 3 groups were tested. Results The renal function indexes (urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, cystatin C) in the angelica polysaccharide group were lower than those in the model group. The kidney structure of the control group was intact, and certain pathological changes occurred in both the model group and the angelica polysaccharide group, and the renal bulb structure was changed (P<0.05). Mice in the model group and angelica polysaccharide group also showed corresponding lesions in tissue oxidation and antioxidant damage capacity (P<0.05). Conclusion D-galactose induced renal subacute injury in mice can be antagonized by angelica sinensis polysaccharide.
