三金片治疗急性前列腺炎患者的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of sanjin tablet in treating acute prostatitis

目的观察三金片治疗急性前列腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法将2016年3月至2017年3月于本院进行急性前列腺炎治疗的患者选作研究对象,共140例,采取随机的方式平均分为两组,分别为对照组(70例)、实验组(70例),其中对照组用前列康片治疗,实验组用三金片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和WBC计数变化情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率92.86%,对照组患者的总有效率65.71%,实验组患者的总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗结束后,实验组WBC计数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中均无不良反应出现。结论三金片治疗急性前列腺炎疗效更佳,且不良反应较少,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjin tablet in the treatment of acute prostatitis. Methods 140 patients with acute prostatitis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (70 cases) and the experimental group (70 cases). The control group was treated with Qianliekang tablets. The experimental group was treated with Sanjin tablets, compared the two groups of treatment and WBC count changes. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.86%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.71%. The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). After the end of treatment, the WBC counts of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients during the treatment. Conclusion Sanjin tablets in the treatment of acute prostatitis better efficacy, and less side effects, it is worth promotion.
