氯米芬联合小剂量雌激素治疗高龄排卵障碍性不孕症临床疗效及血中雌激素水平影响分析

Clinical effect of clomiphene combined with low-dose estrogen on elderly patients with ovulatory infertility and analysis of the effect of estrogen levels in blood

目的研究氯米芬联合小剂量雌激素治疗高龄排卵障碍性不孕症临床疗效及血中雌激素水平影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年8月门诊收治的高龄排卵障碍性不孕症患者80例,采用电脑随机分配方式对研究对象进行分组,分为观察组(40例)、对照组(40例),分别实施氯米芬联合小剂量雌激素治疗以及常规治疗,对比其两组各项指标水平和不良反应。结果观察组高龄排卵障碍性不孕症患者子宫内膜厚度(9.96±1.64)mm、卵泡直径(19.31±1.04)mm、E2(542.61±1.57)pg/ml均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高龄排卵障碍性不孕症患者不良反应发生率与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯米芬联合小剂量雌激素治疗高龄排卵障碍性不孕症临床疗效十分显著,同时能够有效改善血中雌激素水平,值得研究。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of clomiphene combined with low-dose estrogen in the treatment of advanced ovulation infertility and the effect of estrogen levels in blood. Methods 80 patients with advanced ovulatory infertility admitted from January 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the clinic. The subjects were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), the implementation of clomiphene combined with low-dose estrogen therapy and conventional treatment, comparing the indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results In the observation group, the endometrial thickness (9.96±1.64) mm, follicular diameter (19.31±1.04) mm, and E 2 (542.61±1.57) pg/ml were better than the control group in the elderly patients with ovulatory infertility, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the elderly patients with ovulatory infertility in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of clomiphene combined with low-dose estrogen in the treatment of advanced ovulation infertility is very significant, and it can effectively improve the level of estrogen in blood. It is worthy of study.
