糖尿病规范化治疗对基层医院糖尿病患者的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of standardized treatment of diabetes mellitus in primary hospital diabetic patients

目的探讨针对基层医院糖尿病患者采取糖尿病规范化治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年1月至2017年1月期间诊治的糖尿病患者120例作为研究样本,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者均采取常规的非规范化治疗方案,而观察组患者在此治疗基础上均实施规范化治疗,对比两组患者的治疗干预效果。结果两组患者治疗前空腹血糖水平、胆固醇水平以及甘油三酯水平均较高,且组间比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组患者各项指标的改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的血糖达标率为71.67%,而对照组为51.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者的遵医用药、合理控制饮食、适量运动等各项遵医行为均显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院糖尿病患者的治疗中采取糖尿病的规范化治疗,有利于患者血糖水平的有效控制并提高患者遵医行为,对提升患者临床疗效具有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of standardized treatment of diabetes mellitus in primary hospital.Methods 120 diabetic patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly grouped into observation group and control group as study samples, with 60 cases in each group. The the control group were treated by routine non-standardized treatment, while in the observation group had standardized treatment based on this treatment, and compared the effect of treatment intervention between the two groups of patients. Results Fasting blood glucose level, cholesterol level and triglyceride level were higher in both groups before treatment, and the difference between groups was not significant;the improvement effect of various indexes of patients after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group ( P <0.05);the rate of blood glucose compliance after treatment was 71.67% in the observation group. The control group was only 51.67%( P <0.05), the observed group of patients in compliance with medicine, reasonable control of diet, moderate exercise and other compliance behaviors are significantly better than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The standardized treatment of diabetes mellitus in the primary hospital is beneficial to the effective control of blood glucose level and the improvement of patients' compliance, which is of great significance to improve the clinical curative effect of patients.
