惠州机场属于机场总承包项目,通过介绍施工总承包管理单位的管理架构及职责,阐述本工程总承包管理的特点。项目通过在深化设计管理、物资采购管理管理、进度控制管理等方面采取不同的管理手段,有效履行了总包管理职责,完善了总包管理职能。
Huizhou Airport belongs to the airport general contracting project. The characteristics of the general contracting management of the project are described by introducing the management structure and responsibilities of the construction general contracting management unit. Through different management methods in deepening design management, material procurement management and schedule control management, the project effectively fulfilled the responsibility of general contract management and improved the general contract management function.
