Research on Cost and Control Strategy of Prefabricated Building Project under EPC General Contract Mode

现阶段,国家大力发展装配式建筑,但是我国装配式建筑在建设的过程中仍然以传统的发承包模式为主,难以实现装配式建筑“设计-生产-施工”一体化的要求,而EPC总承包模式具有集成化、信息化、专业化的特点,能够满足装配式建筑的发展要求。目前高成本已经成为妨碍装配式建筑发展的主要因素,在对装配式建筑成本现状进行研究的基础上,提出EPC总承包模式下装配式建筑成本控制措施。

At this stage, the state has vigorously developed prefabricated buildings. However, in the process of construction, China's prefabricated buildings are still dominated by the traditional contracting model, which makes it difficult to achieve the integration of "design-production-construction" of fabricated buildings. The EPC general contracting model has the characteristics of integration, informationization and specialization, and can meet the development requirements of fabricated buildings. At present, high cost has become a major factor hindering the development of prefabricated buildings. Based on the research on the current status of prefabricated building costs, the prefabricated building cost control measures under the EPC general contracting mode are proposed.
