本文探讨了政府(行政主管部门)在成果转化中的角色,分析出行政主管部门在成果转化链条中有重要作用,关系到成果转化中介机构能否有序长久发展。文章通过对成果转化中介机构知名度、服务内容等方面出现的问题进行分析,为了对成果转化中介机构发展能够产生正向影响,分别从制度规范、行业管理、政策激励等方面,提出优化行政手段的对策建议。

This paper explores the role of the government (administrative authority) in the transformation of results, and analyzes the important role of administrative department in the transformation chain of results, which is related to whether the results transformation intermediaries can be developed in an orderly manner. The article analyzes the problems in the aspects of the reputation transformation and service content of the results transformation intermediaries, in order to positively influence the development of the results transformation intermediary institutions, and proposes the optimization suggestions of administrative means from the aspects of system regulation, industry management and policy incentives.
