乡村振兴战略下海岛旅游扶贫路径研究——以硇洲岛为例

Study on the Island Tourism Poverty Alleviation Path under the Rural Revitalization Strategy:A Case Study of Naozhou Island in Zhanjiang

海岛旅游扶贫是坚决打好精准脱贫攻坚战的重要途径,促进“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”发展要求的实现。以湛江硇洲岛为例,通过田野调查,发现存在交通不便、参与意识低、帮扶不足、缺乏成熟景区等问题,面临较多困境,因此结合乡村振兴战略从技能培训、多元驱动、产业融合、受益机制等方面提出硇洲岛旅游扶贫路径。

Island tourism poverty alleviation is an important way to resolutely fight the battle against poverty. It promotes the realization of the development requirements of "prosperous industry, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance and rich life". Taking Naozhou Island in Zhanjiang as an example, through field investigations, it is found that there are problems such as inconvenient transportation, low participation awareness, lack of assistance, lack of mature scenic spots, etc., and faces more difficulties. Therefore, in combination with rural revitalization strategy, the author puts forward the tourism poverty alleviation path of Naozhou Island from skill training, multi-drive, industrial integration and the beneficiary mechanism.
