复杂环境下的城市阴影区规划实践——以沈阳市陵东新城城市设计为例

Urban Shadow Zone Planning Practice in Complex Environment:Taking the Urban Design of Lingdong New City in Shenyang as an Example

本文从城市设计的复杂性角度切入研究,提出城市设计全过程应采用多维度、多视角考量的设计思路。目的是形成与城市内在运作机制相符的、具有多样性、高效率和人文、生态等多方面价值取向的城市形态。以陵东新城城市设计为例,分析在城市阴影区复杂环境制约下规划设计中遇到的种种问题,通过城市设计的多维度考量,探析在空间形态、产业发展、交通策略、特色挖掘等方面的规划思路及问题解决方法,以供探讨。

This paper cuts into the research from the perspective of the complexity of urban design, and proposes that the whole process of urban design should adopt multi-dimensional and multi-perspective design ideas. The purpose is to form an urban form that is consistent with the inner working mechanism of the city and has multiple values, high efficiency, humanistic and ecological values. Taking the urban design of Lingdong New City as an example, this paper analyzes various problems encountered in the planning and design of the complex environment of urban shadow area. Through the multi-dimensional consideration of urban design, it analyzes the planning ideas and problem solving methods from the aspects of space form, industrial development, traffic strategy and feature mining.
