苏州市第三代半导体产业发展布局较早,形成了较好的发展态势。本文从多个角度对苏州市第三代半导体产业发展现状进行深入研究,剖析产业存在的优势和不足,并分析了现阶段面临的机遇与挑战。结合国内产业政策和做法,针对性提出下一步发展的对策建议,以推动产业整体实现更高水平发展。

Suzhou developed the third generation semiconductor industry early which had a better growth. This paper studies the third generation semiconductor industry in Suzhou deeply from multiple angles in order to find out the development advantages and shortcomings. At the same time, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the industry at this stage. Referring to relevant industrial policies and practices, this paper propose constructive measures and suggestions in order to promote better development of the industry.
