Research on Equipment Support Business Optimization Based on Value Chain

本文针对装备保障业务流程运行过程中存在的矛盾问题,将价值链理论引入装备保障业务流程优化领域,在分析价值链概念的基础上,构建了装备保障价值链模型,提出了基于价值链的装备保障业务流程优化方法,规范了业务流程优化步骤,并以实例的形式验证了方法的可行性。采用基于价值链的装备保障业务流程优化方法,可以有效缩减业务流程执行周期,降低业务流程执行成本,提高业务流程执行效益,进而促进装备保障能力水平的提升。

In view of the contradictions in the equipment support process of business process execution, the value chain theory is introduced into the field of equipment support business process optimization. Based on the analysis of value chain concept, the equipment support value chain model is constructed, the equipment support business process optimization method based on the value chain is proposed, the optimization step is standardized, and the feasibility of the method is verified by example. Using the equipment support business process optimization based on value chain can reduce execution costs, improve execution efficiency, and thus promote the level of equipment support capacity.
