膀胱癌组织中PVRL4、NF-κB p65、E-cadherin的表达变化及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨脊髓灰质炎病毒受体相关基因4(PVRL4)、核因子-κBp65(NF-κBp65)和E-钙黏素(E-cadherin)在膀胱癌组织中的表达变化及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法对手术切除的46例份膀胱癌组织及其癌旁组织中PVRL4、NF-κBp65和E-cadherin表达进行检测,并分析其与膀胱癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果膀胱癌组织中PVRL4和NF-κBp65阳性率高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05),E-cadherin阳性率低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。膀胱癌组织中PVRL4、NF-κBp65和E-cadherin阳性表达率与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤数目、肿瘤直径无关(P均>0.05),与病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,PVRL4、NF-κBp65阳性表达率与膀胱癌患者病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关(r分别为0.753、0.802、0.821;0.761、0.813、0.832,P均<0.05),E-cadherin阳性表达率与膀胱癌患者病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关(r分别为-0.674、-0.756、-0.839,P均<0.05),膀胱癌组织中PVRL4与NF-κBp65表达呈正相关(r分别为0.847、0.852,P均<0.05),与E-cadherin表达呈负相关(r=-0.759,P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌组织中PVRL4、NF-κBp65呈高表达,E-cadherin呈低表达,PVRL4、NF-κBp65、E-cadherin表达与膀胱癌患者病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关;三者可能参与了膀胱癌的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of poliovirus receptor-related gene 4(PVRL4),nuclear factor-κB p65(NF-κB p65)and E-cadherin in the bladder cancer tissues.Methods The expression levels of PVRL4,NF-κB p65 and E-cadherin in 46 cases of bladder cancer and adjacent tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemical method,and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer was analyzed.Results The positive rates of PVRL4 and NF-κB p65 in the bladder cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues,and the positive rate of E-cadherin in bladder cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in the adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of PVRL4,NF-κB p65 and E-cadherin in the bladder cancer tissues were not related to sex,age,number of tumors or diameter of tumors,but related to pathological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the positive expression rates of PVRL4 and NF-κB p65 were positively correlated with pathological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of bladder cancer(r=0.753,0.802,0.821;0.761,0.813,0.832,all P<0.05).The positive expression rate of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with pathological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of bladder cancer(r=-0.674,-0.756,-0.839,respectively;all P<0.05).PVRL4 was positively correlated with the expression of NF-κB p65 in the bladder cancer tissues(r=0.847,0.852,respectively;P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin(r=-0.759,P<0.05).Conclusion The PVRL4 and NF-κB p65 are highly expressed,and E-cadherin is low expressed in the bladder cancer tissues;PVRL4,NF-κB p65,and E-cadherin are closely related to the pathological grade,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis of bladder cancer.
