摘要 利用静电纺丝技术制备PAN/竹炭粉纳米纤维膜,探讨了竹炭粉含量对纳米纤维膜微观形貌与纤维直径的影响,以及复合纳米纤维膜的过滤性能。研究结果表明:在相同工艺参数条件下,加入质量分数为2.0%的竹炭粉时,所得纳米纤维膜中纤维的直径较小(397.26nm),且纤维直径分布均匀。以纯PAN纳米纤维膜+PAN/竹炭粉纳米纤维膜+纯PAN纳米纤维膜结构作为芯层,聚丙烯(PP)非织造布作为外层制成的过滤材料,其流量大、阻力低,过滤效率高达99.85%。 Nanofiber membrane of PAN/bamboo charcoal powder was prepared by electrospinning technology. The effects of bamboo charcoal powder content on the morphology and fiber diameter of nanofiber membranes were disscussed. And the filtration performance of composite nanofiber membranes were investigated. The results showed that when the mass fraction of bamboo charcoal powder was 2.0%, the fiber diameter of the obtained nanofiber membrane was smaller(397.26 nm) and the fiber diameter distribution was uniform under the same process parameters. While the core layer was composed of pure PAN nanofiber membrane plus PAN/bamboo charcoal powder nanofiber membrane plus pure PAN nanofiber membrane structure,and the outer of filter material was polypropylene(PP) nonwoven fabric, the flow rate of filter material was large, the resistance was low and the filtration efficiency was up to 99.85%.
