摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪对莱麻天丝纤维的表面形态和纤维的分子结构与纤维中大分子的振动情况进行分析,测试了莱麻天丝纤维的线密度、力学性能与卷曲性能。研究结果表明,莱麻天丝纤维的表面有很多沟槽,其吸湿导湿性良好;纤维的线密度较小,条干均匀度好;采用红外光谱仪分析纤维的分子振动情况,发现纤维具有良好的吸湿性;纤维的力学性能与卷曲性能也较好,因而具有良好的可纺性和服用性。
The surface morphology, and molecular structure and vibration of large molecules in the Lama-Tencel fiber were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectrometer. The linear density, mechanical properties and crimp properties of Lama-Tencel fiber were tested. The results showed that there were many grooves on the surface of Lama-Tencel fiber, which leaded to its good moisture absorption and moisture permeability. The linear density of the fiber was small with good uniformity. The molecular vibration of the fiber was analyzed by infrared spectrometer, and the fiber exhibited good moisture absorption. The mechanical properties and crimp properties of the fiber were also good. Therefore, the fiber had good spinnability and wearability.
