摘要
采用先进的“情景构建”理论与方法,针对火电厂氨站可能存在的重大危害事件,通过科学地推演突发事件演化过程,梳理有效的处置措施和应急任务,开展必要的应急准备战略性研究,为提高火电厂的应急管理水平提供科学依据。
In view of the possible major hazard events in the ammonia station of thermal power plants, this paper adopts advanced "scenario construction" theory and method to scientifically deduct the evolution process of emergency events, sorts out effective disposal measures and emergency tasks, and carries out necessary emergency preparedness strategic research to provide scientific basis for improving the emergency management level of thermal power plants.
