Research on Design Management of J Industrial Park Project

经济技术开发区作为政府设立的现代集中化的工业园区、产业园区,是我国经济社会发展的载体和重点区域。经济开发区建设项目具有规模大型的特殊性、复杂性、综合性,以多项目集群性、参与方及涉及专业多的特征,在项目决策和实施过程中对项目管理,尤其是设计管理提出更高的要求。目前,经济技术开发区建设数量呈现增加趋势,但针对经济技术开发区设计管理的研究并不多。基于此背景,本文提出开展对目前在建经济技术开发区--J产业园建设项目在前期阶段的设计管理研究。

As a modern centralized industrial park set up by the government, the economic and technological development zone is the carrier and key area for China's economic and social development. The economic development zone construction project has the characteristics of large-scale speciality, complexity, comprehensiveness, multi-project clustering, participants and many majors involved. In the project decision-making and implementation process, higher requirements are placed on project management, especially design management. At present, the number of economic and technological development zones is increasing, but there are not many studies on the design management of economic and technological development zones. Based on this background, this paper proposes to carry out research on the design management of the current construction of the economic and technological development zone J Industrial Park in the early stage.
