Exploration on Innovation-driven Cooperative Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises from the Perspective of "Made in China 2025"

随着世界经济格局变化和全球化进程的加快,中国提出制造强国战略。本文以《中国制造2025》为背景,列举了中小企业发挥的重要作用及发展瓶颈,结合江苏省促进中小企业创新发展的举措,从科技创新政策、人才开发、资金投入、平台建设、产业集群和成效等方面展开分析,总结我国中小企业创新发展的宝贵经验。

With the changes in the world economic structure and the acceleration of globalization, China has proposed a strategy of manufacturing a strong country. In the context of "Made in China 2025", this paper lists the important role and development bottlenecks of SMEs, and combines the initiatives of Jiangsu Province to promote the innovation and development of SMEs, analyzes from the aspects of science and technology innovation policy, talent development, capital investment, platform construction, industrial clusters and effectiveness, and summarizes the valuable experience of China's SMEs' innovation and development.
