项目管理中的施工组织设计对于工程造价的影响是表现在多个方面的,本文从二者的内容与关联性入手分析,探讨了施工组织设计对工程造价的实际影响,结合关于施工组织设计的优化措施,本文进一步探讨了优化的意义与作用。
The impact of construction organization design on project cost in project management is manifested in many aspects. This paper analyzes the content and relevance of the two, discusses the actual impact of construction organization design on engineering cost, and combines the optimization measures of construction organization design, further explores the significance and role of optimization.
