摘要
在人们的出行过程中,铁路运输无疑是人们选择最多的出行方式,铁路交通是保证社会经济发展的关键因素,尤其是随着人口的增多,铁路交通运输以其运输量大、安全系数高以及到站时间准时成为了人们出行的首选,而铁路交通运输承载的任务越来也多就会在组织和管理上面临很大的挑战。因此只有不断提升铁路交通运输组织管理的水平,改善管理的质量才能够更加有效的提升铁路交通运输的市场竞争力,本文就铁路交通运输组织管理的策略进行了探讨。
In the process of people's travel, railway transportation is undoubtedly the most popular way of travel. Railway transportation is the key factor to ensure social and economic development. Especially with the increase of population, railway transportation has become the first choice for people to travel with its large transportation volume, high safety factor and on-time arrival time, and the more and more tasks carried out by railway transportation will face great challenges in organization and management. Therefore, only by continuously improving the level of railway transportation organization management and improving the quality of management can the railway transportation market competitiveness be more effectively improved. This paper discusses the strategy of railway transportation organization management.
