摘要
文中对高职贫困生在就业中的诚信进行了进一步的探索,旨在构建高职贫困生资助与就业协同治理的诚信教育模式。本研究统计分析得出,高职贫困生就业诚信调查问卷各维度上除了说谎倾向(x=2.383)和造假行为(x=2.124)上其他平均分都在3分以上,就业诚信的总分(x=3.529),处于中等水平。文中根据分析结果提出几点诚信教育建议。
This paper further explores the integrity of vocational college impoverished students in employment, aiming at constructing the integrity education model on funding and employment collaborative management. According to the statistical analysis of this study, beside the tendency of lying (x=2.383) and fraudulent behavior (x=2.124), the other average scores are above 3 in the dimensions of the employment integrity questionnaire, the total employment integrity score (x=3.529), which is at intermediate level. This paper also proposes a number of suggestions.
