施工项目管理是对建设工程施工活动实施科学管理的主要手段,是贯穿工程项目全过程的技术经济文件,它编制的好坏将直接影响工程造价控制。无论是施工企业,还是业主都必须重视施工组织设计的编制与审核,这样才能有效的控制工程造价。本文以昆明市第十污水处理厂项目总承包安装工程(以下简称本项目)施工项目管理与工程造价过程控制保证措施进行描述。

Construction project management is the main means to implement scientific management of construction activities. It is a technical and economic document that runs through the whole process of the project. Its quality will directly affect the project cost control. Both the construction enterprise and the owner must pay attention to the preparation and review of the construction organization design, so as to effectively control the project cost. This paper describes the construction project management and engineering cost control guarantee measures of the Kunming Municipal Tenth Wastewater Treatment Plant Project General Contracting Installation Project (hereinafter referred to as the project).
